Login Experience
After identifying a user painpoint from ongoing qualitative research, I improved the login experience of a mobile app by designing both an improved login screen and a simplified way to measure its impact.

Directing Users to Appropriate Support Services
After discovering that a group of non-clinical staff members’ time was being spent inefficiently due to users lacking clarity around who to contact and how, I partnered with our research team to better understand communication challenges within healthcare, explore if/how improved design could help, and establish a way to measure our work’s impact on the day-to-day tasks of a specific team.

Identifying Alternative Ways to Collect User Feedback
Despite a limited research budget and limited time, I spearheaded an initiative to find alternative ways to connect with prospective users and identify their unmet needs – a journey that resulted in a broader inclusion of voices within the design process, boosted morale, and the design and development of net-new features and product enhancements.
